We at Mulvey's Hardware & DIY have a long history in retail.

The family business started in Ballinaglera, Co Leitrim (10 mins from current location) over 200 years ago, as a grocery shop serving the community.

Over those years, the business developed into a very successful grocery, public house, agri and coal supplies.

The current business in Drumshanbo was established in 1998 as an agri and coal supplies business. It quickly developed into the light and heavy hardware as the area required a local shop for supplies.

By then end 2006, we had out grown the premises. A new premises was commissioned and moved into in 2007 on the Dowra Road (Current Location).

From there we navigated our way through the world recession and came out the other side strong and ready to serve our customers.
